One loop from your ESRS report to the next Board decision.
Flourish reads the sustainability report you already produce, runs your plans through six futures, and puts the money on the table before the Board fixes a target. Then operations close the distance, managers report, and the figures move. The loop starts again.
You already have the figures. What is missing is the loop.
The report ends as a PDF.
Twelve months of collection, one filing, and no decision attached to it. The figures are correct and nobody acts on them.
Strategy lives in slides.
The plan the Board approves does not share a single number with the report. When the two disagree, nobody notices until the next report.
Nobody owns the distance.
Between where the company stands and where it said it would be, there is no page, no owner and no rhythm. Flourish is that page.
Six steps. Three roles. One record.
Each step has one task and one owner. What you set is red. What Flourish computes is black. What comes from your record is grey.
Plan B costs EUR 38 m less. It leaves 60 kt more CO₂e in 2027.
This is the first line the Board reads before it fixes a target. Not a score. What one plan costs, what the other buys, and in which futures each one holds.
Illustrative figures · Click a plan to read the headline against it. On your page these are your figures, from your report and your plans.
A score of 0 to 100 is not a currency. The Board sees what each plan costs, what it buys and where it holds. The score stays with the strategy model, one click away, for those who want it.
Red is reserved.
On every page there are exactly three kinds of values, and you see at once which is which. Red means "this is yours to set" or "this is off track". It is never decoration.
You decide
The future to test. The plan to fix. The two dates. The owner of each action. The progress you report and the line of evidence.
Flourish computes
The distance to target. On track or behind. How each plan holds in six futures. The cost difference between plans. Nothing else.
Your record keeps
Every figure with its source document, its period, who recorded it and when. Switch to Engine and the source stands under every number.
Illustrative figure · One row of step 1. The bar runs from the report to the target. Black is the distance closed. The red line is today. Black past the red line means on track.
Which plan holds if the world turns out differently?
The world the plan was made for may not arrive. Flourish runs every plan through six futures: the two reference futures of the Earth4All model of the Club of Rome, each with three ways AI can go. A plan holds in a future when it stays above the line the Board set.
| Plan | Giant Leap AI off | Giant Leap AI unregulated | Giant Leap AI governed | Too little, too late AI off | Too little, too late AI unregulated | Too little, too late AI governed | Holds |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fixed coursefixed last year | 63 | 55 | 61 | 49 | 40 | 47 | 3 of 6 |
| Plan Afastest on emissions and water | 72 | 61 | 70 | 55 | 44 | 52 | 4 of 6 |
| Plan Bcheaper, holds under unregulated AI | 68 | 64 | 74 | 53 | 50 | 58 | 4 of 6 |
Illustrative scores · Hatched red: fails, below the Board's line of 55. The Board reads holds and fails and the money; the score belongs to the strategy model. Earth4All is the first strategy model in Flourish. Further models, such as the Doughnut, follow as modules.
What keeps it honest.
Everyone else reads the same page and is told in words who fixes. Every fix is logged with who, when and what it replaced, so the minutes can cite it.
Plans are proposals until the Board fixes one. Nothing a model computes goes into your record on its own.
How well a plan holds and how resilient the company is answer different questions. They sit side by side. There is no blended index.
Document, period, who recorded it, when. One click from any number, for the auditor as much as for the Board.
At the review the Board sees what it aimed for and what the record shows, figure by figure, and only then fixes the next target.
One page per meeting. Two minutes a week.
Decides
Reads where the company stands, tests the plans, fixes the next target and the final horizon. Reviews at the target date. Nothing else to learn.
Translates
Climate, finance, supply, people, AI: each reads its own figures and its own distance, proposes actions, assigns an owner.
Report
See only their own actions. Slide how much is done, add one line of evidence, report. The figure moves, with the action attached.
What Flourish is worth.
Money on the table, before the vote.
One capex programme fixed on what it costs and what it buys instead of on a score. On the page above that is a EUR 38 m difference seen before the decision, not after.
The report read once, used all year.
No second collection of figures for strategy, no reconciliation between the report and the plan. The report you file is the data the Board decides on.
One record the auditor can cite.
Every target, every fix, every report back with its evidence, with who and when. The minutes and the next report read from the same place.
Priced per company and year, by the modules in use. Ask us.
Switch to Engine.
One switch shows the source behind every number. Five things to know before anyone asks.
Engine view · Scope 1 emissions · ESRS E1-6 · FY report · recorded by the ESG controller · date
Built for groups that report under CSRD.
The shape of the companies in the Euro Stoxx 50 or the FTSE 100: listed or large, several thousand people, plants in more than one country, a Board that meets quarterly and a sustainability report that already costs a year of work. If that is your company, the figures are there. Flourish adds the loop.
Thirty minutes. Your report. Your Board's questions.
- Send us a sustainability report you have already published. We read it in.
- We walk the loop with your figures: where you stand, what holds, what the Board would see.
- You tell us which questions the Board asked last time. We show where the answer sits.
- Nothing is installed, nothing leaves the room. You decide whether to go on.
